About JayMy career began in 1989 in the financial services industry. I graduated from Illinois College, Jacksonville, Il. in 1983. I have served on the Big Brothers Big Sister's of the Illinois Capital Region for 5 years, and am currently the President of the board. I also serve as a board member with the Small Business Growth Corp. I am active with the Springfield Sports Hall of Fame and the LPGA State Farm Charity Classic golf tournament. My wife Jodi and I and our two daughters, Mariah and Peyton reside in Springfield.
